Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Principal to join our team in ADGM, Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and supervising audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The Audit Principal will lead the planning, execution, and reporting stages of audits, oversee financial statement reviews, and provide guidance to audit staff. Preparing reports, addressing financial discrepancies, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to offer strategic advice will be key elements of this role.
Qualifications Strong Auditing and Financial Statements analysis skills, with the ability to ensure compliance with regulations and provide detailed reporting.5 years External Audit experience including Managing Audits. Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions to complex financial challenges. Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proven expertise in Finance, including financial management and a strong understanding of industry regulations. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CAAbility to lead teams, manage strict deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
