Job Title: Procurement Officer – Food & Beverage Industry

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer from the Food & Beverage industry to manage purchasing activities for our operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, and related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily procurement of food, beverages, packaging, and consumables
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Create, track, and close Purchase Orders using Foodics system
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to avoid shortages
• Ensure quality, cost control, and timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payments
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Candidates outside the UAE will be rejected
• Must have Food & Beverage industry procurement experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Foodics is mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in procurement
• Willing to relocate to Al Ain
• Immediate joiner preferred
