Key Roles and Areas of Expertise
- HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and BD Roles
- Key support functions within the Hill International UAE office
- Strategic roles for UAE nationals aligned with business development and compliance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in project management and construction management
- Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in project management and construction management
- Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and discuss project progress
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the company's Emiratization efforts by representing Hill International and promoting career opportunities to other Emirati professionals
Skills
Qualifications:
- Must be an Emirati national
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry is a plus
