Key Responsibilities

• Develop and bring in new pest control contracts for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

• Conduct detailed site inspections to assess pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.

• Prepare technical quotations and cost estimates based on site assessments and client requirements.

• Draft and finalize pest control service contracts in compliance with UAE municipality and health authority regulations.

• Ensure all pest control operations adhere to UAE laws, Dubai Municipality (DM), and Tadweer guidelines.

• Coordinate with the operations team to plan and schedule services as per approved contracts.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and pursue renewal and upselling opportunities.

• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation required for tenders and new projects.

• Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding pest management and prevention strategies.

• Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Skills

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Entomology, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the pest control industry within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE pest control regulations and municipality licensing requirements.

• Proven experience in business development or contract acquisition for pest control services.

• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts independently.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.).

• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and prepare technical reports.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
