We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing activities for our medical aesthetic clinics. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation through digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google)

• Create and coordinate marketing content (posts, videos, campaigns)

• Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns

• Monitor performance, leads, and engagement metrics

• Coordinate with clinic teams to support promotions and events

• Ensure all marketing complies with UAE healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing (medical or aesthetic industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools

• Content creation and basic design/video knowledge is an advantage

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
