Overview of the Role
As a core member of the management team, you will represent the voice of the retail sales team and the customer in the boardroom. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and growth for the brand across the UAE. You will lead strategic initiatives to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and brand standards.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability.

• Lead, motivate, and coach the retail sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Represent customer insights and sales team perspectives in strategic decision-making.

Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful
• 10+ years in automotive sales management, including at least 3 years at national/regional level, experience in American brands an advantage
• Proven ability to execute sales strategies with measurable results.
• Strong experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer conflicts
• Solid understanding of OEM standards and regulatory compliance.
