Overview of the Role:
Support Analytical Process Automation (APA) across UAE, and international aftersales businesses. You will work closely with the Senior MIS Manager and cross functional stakeholders, playing a key role in automating reporting, managing ad-hoc data requests, and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data processes.
What you will do:
• Analytical Process Automation: Automate analysis, reporting, and data extraction activities to optimize recurring tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Support: Support the Senior MIS Manager in delivering APA initiatives using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, Power BI, and Excel.
• Data Management: Maintain and update lookup and mapping files on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and continuity of APA processes.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide timely ad-hoc analytical support to Centres of Excellence (CoE) and brand teams as required.
• Incentive Calculations: Develop a strong understanding of incentive policies and calculation methodologies to provide backup support during annual leave periods.

Required skills to be successful:
- Strong ability to automate analytical processes, reporting, and data extraction using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Excel.
- Proven attention to detail with the ability to manage, validate, and maintain high quality data to ensure reliable reporting and decision making.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams, understand automotive aftersales business requirements, and deliver timely analytical insights.
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements, resolving data issues, and enhancing efficiency through automation.
What equips you for the role:
- Diploma or Degree holder (Graduate).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, Excel, and Power BI.
