Role Description Perform disassembly and reassembly of electrical components in accordance with interconnect schematics and assembly drawings, including cable glanding, power connector replacement, and control connector installation. Inspect electrical components and prepare detailed condition assessment reports supported by photographs. Develop engineering repair instructions and report findings to the Workshop Foreman or Supervisor. Execute work strictly in line with the approved scope and instructions provided by the Workshop Supervisor or Foreman. Conduct functional and performance testing in accordance with OEM standard procedures. Complete secondary retention checks and final inspection activities. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve faults. Disassemble electrical components for detailed condition assessment, prepare inspection reports with photographs, compile parts lists, and draft engineering work instructions. Ensure tools, equipment, and test accessories are prepared in advance to support inspection and testing activities. Carry out electrical overhauls, including work on sensors, PLCs, motor drives, and associated hydraulic and electrical components, and issue final overhaul reports upon completion. Provide technical support for troubleshooting of sensors, PLCs, motor drives, and integrated hydraulic and electrical systems. Operate and function-test equipment in accordance with approved procedures and coordinate required testing services.
Qualifications Education (Preferred): Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance or service operations
