About the Role
We are building a high-potential real estate brokerage startup in Dubai with a clear vision to scale rapidly and become a market leader. We are looking for a Head of Sales who can build, lead, and scale the sales function from the ground up.
This role is for a hands-on sales leader—someone who has done it before: built sales strategies, hired and managed teams, closed deals, and driven strong revenue growth in the Dubai real estate brokerage space.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Set up the sales structure from scratch (processes, targets, KPIs, commission plans)
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing real estate sales team / brokers
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales involvement, team performance, and market expansion
- Work closely with founders to shape pricing, go-to-market approach, and growth roadmap
- Establish strong performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and results
- Monitor pipeline, forecast revenues, and optimize sales operations continuously
- Leverage market insights, developer relationships, and buyer trends to maximize conversions
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate brokerage sales in Dubai / UAE
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience designing and executing sales strategies from zero to scale
- Hands-on leader who can both sell and lead
- Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market, off-plan & secondary sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
