Sales Executive

  • Identify, contact and visit potential clients (e.g. hotel chains, real estate companies, hospitality trading companies, commercial banks etc.) to establish new business relationships. This often involves cold calling, networking, and individual visits.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Achieve sales targets, track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate regular reports on sales, revenue, and expenses, and present findings to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure profitable deals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's utensils and kitchenware products, including their value proposition, to effectively communicate with clients. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, marketing, and operations, to ensure client requirements are met and align business development strategies with product offerings.
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity within the culinary goods sector. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the company's product lines (e.g., kitchenware, cutlery, tableware).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and increase the "Visitor-to-Buyer" conversion rate.


Skills

-Candidate should have 1-2 years experience preferably in hospitality industry within UAE.

-Female candidates with own visa and UAE driving license is ideal.

-strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, combined with strategic thinking, market analysis, and exceptional customer service to drive revenue by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
