• Plumbing work - do installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and other systems used for water distribution and sewage disposal.
• HVAC work - can fix, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, and checking the control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Repairing broken or water leakage
• Inspect and troubleshoot appliances and equipment and report any issues in the apartment.
• Performing regular inspections.
• Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need to be upgraded or replacing providing full information.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
