Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Skills
Requirements & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
