Oversee daily operations of holiday homes units to ensure smooth functioning
Manage inspections, and cleanliness standards
Coordinate maintenance issues and follow up until resolution
Ensure properties meet DTCM / Dubai Tourism compliance requirements
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency issues professionally
Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and property status
Liaise with property owners regarding unit condition and operational updates
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and safety standards are followed
Support onboarding of new units (handover, snagging, setup)
