Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to pick, pack, and prepare automotive spare parts and accessories accurately and damage-free. The role requires working in a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment while strictly adhering to safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work flexible shifts.
What you will do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts and accessories for delivery with a high level of accuracy
- Put away sorted parts into designated bin locations
- Follow special instructions related to individual customer orders
- Participate in storage maintenance activities to improve bin efficiency and productivity (5S)
- Support physical inventory counts and stock verification
- Handle parts, tools, equipment, and electronic devices with care to prevent damage
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and operationally efficient
- Comply with all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and procedures

- Ability to recognize and understand part numbers and alpha-numeric codes
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to multitask and work independently with limited supervision
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
- Physically fit to stand/walk for long hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and night hours if required
