Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Linde MHE team in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will actively manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the branch’s profitability in a highly competitive market.

 

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

 

What you will do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing net sales and gross margins
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to understand business needs and maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer profile database for analysis and sales campaigns
  • Ensure customer expectations consistently meet or exceed company standards
  • Submit complete and accurate AFCC / T-basis data within specified timelines
  • Attend all sales meetings, product trainings, and refresher courses
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the Sales Manager
  • Maintain complete and accurate deal files in line with SOP requirements
  • Ensure customer overdues remain within the agreed limits


Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, F&I structure, systems, and methodologies
  • Proven negotiation, influencing, and customer service skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and PC proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of sales activities
  • Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends when required

You will be part of a dynamic and performance-driven sales team within the Linde MHE division. The team operates in a competitive market environment and works closely with branch leadership to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining high customer service standards.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • High School Diploma (mandatory); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage, preferably within Commercial Vehicles or Material Handling Equipment
  • Strong knowledge of sales systems and structured sales methodologies
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage
