The Project

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial work places and retail units along with public realm.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Review Design Validation Reports, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book, UAE mechanical codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, etc.). Supervise site installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire‑fighting systems. Support testing, commissioning, and integration with BMS. Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, and approvals. Resolve design and site‑related technical issues efficiently. Liaise with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage multiple technical reviews to ensure timely approvals and compliant delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE. Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory). Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required). Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions.
