As an Evaluation and F&I processor - VAS, you will be responsible for handling the VAS KPI reports and monitoring them on a daily basis.
You will coordinate invoices with b2b vendors and handle telesales for our multi-products and services.
In this role, you will: Call and follow up on the evaluation leads assigned by call centre within defined TAT.
Follow up and track our payments for approved evaluations.
Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses.
Enter data in system and process maximum number of evaluations with 100 % accuracy.
Keep record of rejected evaluations and inform manager on weekly basis.
Cross check the evaluations processed and approve the report after verifying the price.
Check the eligibility of the customer and source the loan application.
Maintain MIS and create reports for Finance deals A fast paced, high performing team.

#UAEdubizzle A minimum of secondary education.
Minimum of 2-3 years automotive / banking /sales support experience in the UAE.
Past experience using CRM software; Detail oriented.
Strong Automotive market knowledge; Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success; Excellent verbal communication skills Must possess excellent data entry skills.
Professional demeanour and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Ambitious, positive and committed attitude.
