As the F&I Assistant Manager, you are responsible for driving sales growth and operational execution of Dubizzle’s Finance and Insurance products across the C2C (inside sales) and Managed / Transaction teams.
The role manages lead conversion, partner coordination, customer documentation, and revenue delivery.
In this role, you will: Sales Ownership & Revenue Delivery Manage the end-to-end F&I sales process across C2C.
Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets for finance, insurance, and warranty.
Maximize conversion across all funnel stages from lead to loan approval and policy issuance.
Monitor team pipeline and provide daily guidance to ensure movement and follow-up.
Partner Management Coordinate with banking and insurance partners to process finance and insurance applications.
Track approval SLAs, turnaround time, rejection causes, and partner performance.
Escalate cases when required to secure approvals or remove blockers.
Identify opportunities to onboard or utilize additional partners based on customer needs.
Operational Excellence Ensure customer qualification, documentation completeness, and submission accuracy.
Reduce errors and cancellations through process discipline and checklist execution.
Maintain and evolve internal SOPs covering finance, insurance, and warranty workflows Review and address common loss reasons and cancellation trends.
Reporting & Insights Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and internal systems.
Provide weekly reporting on pipeline stages, approvals, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue.
Monitor agent-level activity and conversion metrics and highlight areas of improvement.
Provide insight and recommendations to improve conversion and customer experience.
Training & Coaching Support onboarding and continuous training for finance and insurance agents.
Provide coaching on scripts, product knowledge, customer qualification, and objection handling.
Build capability to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagement.
Customer Experience & Escalation Serve as escalation point to resolve customer issues related to loan or policy issuance.
Ensure transparency, compliance, and clear communication throughout the F&I journey.
Work closely with internal teams and partners to resolve escalations quickly.

#UAEdubizzle Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance & Insurance expert in the UAE (in Banks or financial institutions) Team management with a size of 5+ & duration of at least 2-3 years Experience in using CRM software/Apps Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong closing skills.
