Job Details

Role Overview Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to senior leadership.
Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and seamless execution of daily operations for executive offices within a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and international travel logistics.
Prepare agendas, board packs, presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
Coordinate board committee affairs — minutes, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Act as primary liaison with internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external partners.
Maintain secure document-control systems for contracts and corporate records.
Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of executive directives.
Support procurement, HR, and legal with correspondence and statutory filings.
Organize VIP visits, project tours, events, and stakeholder engagements.
Offered Salary Range: 10,000 to 15,000 AED + Benefits Experience & Qualifications 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives in construction/ engineering/ corporate sectors.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
UAE or GCC work experience preferred.
Exposure to board-level governance and reporting.
English fluency required; Arabic skills advantageous.
Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
High professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/document management tools.
Strong written communication and executive correspondence drafting.
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Diplomatic interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
