About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director - Project Services - Architecture and Spatial Design to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Lead and oversee new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring all projects meet brand standards, quality, timelines, and strategic objectives.
  • Define, own, and continuously refine brand design guidelines, ensuring consistent brand identity across hotels and branded residences.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, development, and operations to strengthen brand positioning and guest experience.
  • Influence and negotiate with owners, designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver aligned, high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide governance on project delivery, including risk management, resource allocation, budget control, and KPI tracking across regions.
  • Lead implementation and quality control of design, FF&E, operating equipment, signage, and sustainability standards in line with global best practices.
     

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 6 to 8 years of experience in management or technical services roles within the luxury hospitality, retail or high-end residential sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, construction management or hospitality is desirable.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements relevant to luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrated readiness for business travel
