Game Artist and Animator (Slot Games)
Alderson James are working with an expansive Games Studio located in the UK who have recently moved into the online space. They have an incredible reputation in the land based world and now they are looking to diversify, and with this comes multiple opportunities for Games Artists/Animators to join the team remotely!
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and animate visually stunning 2D/3D assets for our games. Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate artwork and animations smoothly. Create eye-catching effects and animations that bring characters, backgrounds, and UI elements to life. Optimize assets and animations for performance on multiple gaming platforms.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. For a 3D role knowledge of 3D Studio Max or similar 3D software. Experience with Spine for 2D animation is preferred. Strong understanding of visual composition, color, and motion design principles. Ability to work across different styles, from stylized to realistic. Experience with game development tools and engines would be useful. Knowledge of animation software packages.
