Be part of shaping how AI transforms how we work. You’ll scout emerging AI technologies, pilot new tools, and coordinate cross-departmental adoption projects. A key focus will be managing and enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub — ensuring information flows seamlessly and employees can leverage AI to its fullest.
What you will do :
- Own and execute the company-wide AI enablement strategy, ensuring measurable business value
- Evaluate, prioritize, and introduce emerging AI technologies aligned with business objectives
- Lead adoption, change management, and engagement initiatives across departments
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI usage, productivity gains, and Knowledge Hub performance
- Oversee the program management and long-term roadmap of the company Knowledge Hub
- Drive advanced LLM integrations to enhance search, personalization, and content intelligence
- Partner with IT, Product, HR, and Business leaders to embed AI into core workflows
- Lead training frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for AI usage
- Manage vendors, platforms, and internal stakeholders related to AI and knowledge systems
- Provide executive-level reporting on adoption, ROI, risks, and optimization opportunities
