Roles and responsibilities:
- Prepare technical submittals and ensure follow-up on material submittals and their approvals.
- Propose materials and carry out Value Engineering (VE) when required.
- Attend workshop meetings with the consultant and client to discuss project progress and resolve any concerns.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all physical samples are provided according to the specified requirements.
Must have skills:
- Strong knowledge & Familiarity with different types of the finishing material.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations requirement.
