Job Details

NEOBiz Product Manager will support Head of Products to develop strategic plans to make Mashreq NEOBiz a leading player in Digital Business Banking. He or she is primarily responsible for:


Digital Product Proposition & Innovation


  • Identify and develop new digital product ideas aligned with customer needs, business strategy, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive offerings, and leverage customer insights to shape high-impact proposition
  • Process & Operational Control - Ensure that all processes pertaining to NEOBiz are streamlined and adequate controls at all times and Identify opportunities to digitize & automate processes


  • Campaign & Offers – Manage the P&L for NEOBiz Product and run campaigns/offers for balance growth, new acquisition, attrition control. Track different metrics to ensure that the business achieves profitable growth round the year


NTB Growth & Digital Acquisition Strategy


  • Define and execute digital-led acquisition strategies to drive new-to-bank customer growth.


  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop digital campaign briefs, messaging strategies, and channel plans.


  • Monitor performance and contribution from third-party channels, including referral platforms, business introducers (BI), and aggregators. Track volume, approval rate, conversion rate, and overall channel performance 


Journey Management – Onboarding & Servicing 


  • Map and improve end-to-end digital customer journeys, focusing on acquisition (onboarding) and lifecycle (servicing).

    • Partner with UX, tech, and operations to deliver seamless, intuitive digital flows with high NPS and low drop-off rates.


    • Leverage automation, self-serve, and personalization to enhance digital experiences and reduce operational costs.


    Cross-functional Delivery & Stakeholder Management


    • Work with internal stakeholders including Technology, Finance, Fraud, Legal, Compliance and operations to deliver product and marketing initiatives.


    • Lead delivery sprints and go-to-market plans for new product features or enhancements.


    • Act as the central point of contact for proposition performance, marketing alignment, and customer experience.


    Key Skills & Experience


    • MBA/Master’s Degree in finance, marketing or related field


    • Experience in product management, digital proposition, or portfolio roles – ideally in banking, fintech, or a digital-first business


    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and channels, including experience in customer acquisition and funnel optimization.


    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
