Organisation Unit Purpose 


  • Portfolio Management (PM) unit provides support to coverage team for all credit related aspects for C&IB clients, while also managing Data, CRM, and performing portfolio management function to early identify risk aspects for the C&IB Portfolio.
  • Credit Analysis Unit (CAU) provides integrated single window approach for all credit related submissions for C&IB while also preparing credit documentation for the clients. It aims at assisting them with submission of high-quality credit proposals to minimize GCD queries and ensure that all risk disclosures are covered upfront within the proposal.
  • CAU team continuously interacts with RMs, Team Leaders, GCD, Treasury, Client Finance teams and is committed to build strong relationships by meeting their underlying organizational objectives.

Position Description:


Support Product Owner/Head of CAU in Requirement Elicitation, Documentation, Product Backlog creation, Process & Policy Review, Engagement with IT Teams for credit systems such as (nCino, eLimits, eCollateral, gCIF, SharePoint and Finacle for Lending products)


Job Purpose 


Delivery – nCino, eCollateral


  • Review Business Requirement Document (BRDs) to ensure that all functional requirements have been captured appropriately
  • Ensure that all new BRDs are reviewed and accepted by all stakeholders
  • For approved BRDs, ensure timely creation of Functional Specifications Document (FSDs) and set delivery timelines with the vendor and impacted platform owners accordingly
  • Review, prioritize and publish the backlog status at regular intervals
  • Conduct epic/feature prioritization and Usability Testing workshops
  • Communicate the release plan to all stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive production sanity involving pilot cases prior to launch
  • Owner of all Technology Risks, Issues, Problem Tickets, Audit Issues and Resiliency issues (Technical Debt) which exist on the business product and is responsible to get them resolved as per defined SLAs and committed timelines
  • Responsible to distinguish, and transform wants from needs, perform requirement elicitation by using various techniques, and ensure documentation of those requirements in form of Product Backlog and User Stories by creating Use Cases, Functional Process Flows, Accounting Plans as supporting document
  • Ensure alignment of requirements between the different products to ensure seamless integration. 
  • Help Product Owners/Head of Unit in producing detailed Product Specs and Documentation as and when needed
  • Provide domain and functional expertise for the product
  • Lead End User Training
  • Lead Functional and Non-Functional Testing
  • Responsible to manage Test Execution
  • Maintain Product Backlog Items’ traceability to the customer realization through various stages of the Product Delivery
  • Provide insights for latest trends on similar products

Education


Bachelor's Degree or above


Experiences 


7 years of regional banking industry experience with specialization in Corporate Credit Analysis


Knowledge & Skills


Ability to translate business discussions for technical teams and likewise, technical discussions for business stakeholders


Strong stakeholder management skills


Good interpersonal & communication skills with good spoken English
