We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our technical team.
This role is designed for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will undergo structured training, work on real-world projects, and collaborate with experienced professionals to build your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities: • Reviewing & commenting of PQD, Material Submittals incompliance with the project specifications, Authority regulations & provided format • Reviewing of Shop Drawings (Internal & External)- Structural, Architectural, ID & Landscaping • Reviewing of Rebar Shop drawings & BBS • Co-ordination with Sub contractors & Suppliers for the above Engineering submissions & follow up • Co-ordination with the Construction team including surveyor & site engineers • Maintaining Engineering submission logs & rebar call off log, in-compliance with the baseline program • Assisting to Preparing Technical packages for sending to Procurement team for Contractor & supplier finalization • Periodical site visit whenever required • Co-ordinating with the Project Consultant, Construction team & Sub Contractors on the Engineering Submissions & follow up • Reporting to the AGM | Technical Why Join Us?

Requirements: Qualification: B.
E/ B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering passed out with minimum of 80 % or 8 CGPA, without history of arrears.
Should have completed degree by not more than 1 year Strong academic background with interest to learning, attitude towards work, punctuality, hardworking, dedication & sincerity.
