Sunreef Yachts Charter, the world leader in luxury catamaran charters, is expanding its global presence and looking for a dynamic, results-driven  Junior Charter Broker Assistant   to join our Dubai Office team.
  Role Overview We are seeking a  Junior Charter Broker Assistant  to support our charter brokerage team in the day-to-day handling of yacht charter enquiries.
This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated candidate with initial experience in a luxury or service-driven environment and a strong interest in the yachting industry.
The position offers hands-on exposure to yacht charter operations, client relations, and broker support, with clear opportunities to grow within the team.
Key Responsibilities • Support charter brokers with incoming charter enquiries • Assist in preparing charter proposals, yacht presentations, and itineraries • Communicate with central agents, yacht managers, and charter managers • Help update availability, rates, and specifications on charter platforms (e.
g. Yachtfolio, CharterPad) • Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client information • Maintain accurate records and follow up on enquiries • Provide administrative and operational support to the charter team Profile & Skills • 1–2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, travel, yachting, or a premium service environment • Strong interest in yachts, charter operations, and luxury travel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) • Well organized, proactive, and eager to learn • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset • Comfortable using standard office tools; willingness to learn charter systems What We Offer • Entry point into the yacht charter industry • Training and mentorship from experienced charter brokers • Exposure to international yachts, owners, and charter clients • Career development opportunities within the charter department     •         Minimum 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industry     •         Strong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations (especially MYBA)     •         Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and client management skills     •         Fluent in English; additional language is a plus     •         Confident working with HNW and UHNW clients     •         Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for yachting and travel     •         Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
