About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Governance and Compliance Intern to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Analyse compliance data received from international operations, including Anti-Money Laundering and gifts declarations, to support regulatory alignment
  • Review and organise compliance information to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Support the use of technology tools to improve accessibility and adoption of internal policies and procedures
  • Assist in enhancing compliance processes through digital solutions and structured documentation
  • Conduct horizon scanning and research to identify emerging compliance and risk issues
  • Support the implementation and tracking of ongoing compliance monitoring plans and key focus areas


About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • Previous internship experience in compliance, governance, risk, audit, law, or a related field
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory concepts, with strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work confidently with data and stakeholders
