Primarily responsible for the Quality Control Inspections in an allocated section of projects under execution.

Responsibilities:
Assist to prepare project specific plans and procedures for review and approval by senior colleagues in line with project quality requirements
Ensure that only project quality procedures and applicable standards and specifications are available at the job location
Coordinate with field inspection and construction teams to ensure project quality control systems and plans are applied
Ensure collation and logging of daily QC data on QA/QC dashboard
Follow up with field inspection team to ensure timely resolution of nonconformities and implementation of corrective action plans
Monitor the inspection activities, ensure daily work activities are carried out within project timeframes and according to set standards
Review and follow-up non-conformance identified during inspections
Ensure proper documentation of QC inspection activities is progressively produced and compiled to always reflect inspection and test status
Perform specific assigned tasks by lead discipline engineers in development of welding and NDT procedures
Compliance with HSE policies, processes, procedures, and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical or Civil), or equivalent
Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor) is preferred
Minimum 05 years' experience in a similar role and industry
