Requirements
- Good command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AGM batteries and/or UPS systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the market, distributors, and key customers.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AGM batteries and/or UPS products through wholesale distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Expand the customer base and increase sales volume in assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
