This position is designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of patients suffering from brain injuries.
As a Senior Specialist, you will lead advanced clinical assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care.
Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the brain injury management framework.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of complex brain injury cases.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding brain injury recovery.
Participate in professional development, research, and the advancement of clinical protocols in brain injury medicine.
Mentor and train junior specialists and healthcare staff.

Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active medical license.
Completion of a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or a related field.
Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine or related subspecialty preferred.
Significant experience in diagnosing and managing brain injuries, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
Capacity to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.

Proficient in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
