As a Junior Consultant Rheumatologist, you will work closely under the mentorship of experienced rheumatologists, engaging in the evaluation and management of patients with various rheumatic conditions.
Your role will involve patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and contributing to treatment plans, all while receiving valuable guidance to enhance your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting thorough patient evaluations and compiling medical histories.
Diagnose and manage patients with rheumatic diseases, under the supervision of senior consultants.
Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging.
Contribute to developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative care.
Engage in professional development opportunities, such as mentoring and educational workshops.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment progress.
