Description: We are looking for an experienced SMEs Relationship Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring that their financial needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
Actively identify new business opportunities and participate in the business development efforts to expand the client base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit and risk analysis, to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for clients.
Provide insights and support to clients regarding financial processes, working capital management, and growth strategies.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Regularly analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant advice and guidance.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the SME financial landscape and related products/services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
