We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fit Out Leader.
Have you held a General Manager or Business Development Director post in the UAE over the past 5 Years?
You will have a strong network of connections from supplier, sub-contractors, architects and developers. 
You will know the UAE market and have a track record handling high value and complex fit out projects across Hospitality, Design & Build , Technology & Luxury Residential.
For the first 12 -18 Months this will be very much a hands on role getting out in front of clients and ensuring you land the right strategic project to help the business kick on.
The group has a name associated with large scale projects. As an organization they have capability and a track record across 

• Buildings 
• Joinery 
• Scaffold & Temporary Works 
• MEP 

As an ISO 9001:2015 HOLDER they take Quality & Management systems seriously. This role offers a great chance for someone to strategically grow from a fresh start with no debt, risk or issues. Can you take the lessons learnt in this sector and put your own put on the role. This opportunity is reporting directly into the Group CEO. He will not micromanage but will give you the tools and space to help create something special. At present the group are being asked to tender work by clients so they have good headaches at the forefront. 
As the Divisional Manager you will oversee strategic planning, operational excellence, project delivery, and financial performance across all fit-out and turnkey projects. 
Do you have the people skills to keep clients engaged ? Do you have the EI to get high performance from your team and do you have the empathy when needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including pre-construction, planning, execution, quality control, and handover.
• Manage multiple projects & teams across sectors 
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and key stakeholder relationships.
• Lead strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure targets are met.

Candidate Requirement

• 15+ years of fit-out/construction experience with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles in the UAE as requested above
• Proven ability to manage large-scale fit-out projects 
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
