Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough preoperative assessments including the evaluation of patient medical histories and physical examinations Develop individualized anesthesia plans that address the unique needs of each patient Administer anesthesia during cardiac procedures and continuously monitor vital signs to ensure patient stability Utilize advanced intraoperative monitoring techniques to assess cardiovascular function Collaborate with surgeon teams and other medical staff to facilitate optimal patient care Manage intraoperative complications, providing immediate interventions as necessary Oversee patient recovery from anesthesia, ensuring effective pain management and monitoring for adverse effects Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in cardiac anesthesia Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a residency in Anesthesiology Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia is preferred Active and valid medical license to practice A minimum of 3 years experience in Cardiac Anesthesia required Expertise in administering anesthesia for complex cardiac procedures Strong knowledge of cardiovascular pharmacology and monitoring techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
