We’re looking for a senior Key Account Manager to grow and protect a portfolio of multinational Life Sciences & Chemicals customers by turning transactional relationships into long-term strategic partnerships

In this Key Account Manager – Life Sciences & Chemicals position

• Growing revenue and profitability across a portfolio of global and multinational accounts in Life Science and Healthcare & Chemicals
• Translating regional sector strategy into a clear country-level commercial roadmap with defined priorities and outcomes
• Building and executing account development plans focused on share-of-wallet growth and long-term agreements
• Leading complex RFQs/RFPs with strong win strategies, value propositions, and competitive insight
• Acting as the commercial interface between customers and internal product, operations, and regional/global teams
• Leading BRMs and QBRs to review performance, manage risk, and identify growth opportunities
• Ensuring smooth customer onboarding and handover to operations with clear SLAs and SOPs
• Maintaining a disciplined pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene

What makes this role different in Life Sciences & Chemicals:

• Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments and customer compliance expectations
• Experience selling and managing cold chain solutions, including temperature-controlled transport and monitoring
• Knowledge of pharma and chemical packaging strategies, lane risk management, and contingency planning
• Ability to engage credibly with Supply Chain, QA, Procurement, Operations, and senior leadership
• Comfort managing multinational customers with local, regional, and global decision-making structures

Now, here is what we need from you!

• More than 6 years’ experience in Key Account Management, ideally within Life Sciences, Chemicals, or other regulated industries
• Proven track record of growing complex accounts through consultative, value-based selling
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies
• Structured, data-driven approach to forecasting, KPIs, and performance management
• Bachelor’s degree required
