Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Test Analyst with strong expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and Azure Dev Ops (TFS). The candidate must have experience working on large-scale enterprise applications, be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and be comfortable working in an Agile/Sprint-based development environment.
Key Responsibilities Manual Testing· Analyze business requirements and technical specifications· Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans· Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing· Execute end-to-end testing for large enterprise applications· Log and track defects using TFS / Azure Dev Ops· Work closely with developers, product owners, and business teams Automation Testing· Develop and maintain automation frameworks using:· Selenium Web Driver· Playwright· Create scalable, reusable automated test scripts· Execute automation regression suites· Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines· Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility Performance & Load Testing· Design and execute performance test strategies· Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing using Apache JMeter· Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks· Prepare detailed performance reports and recommendations Additional Expectations· Experience working on large and complex enterprise applications· Ability to manage and test multiple projects concurrently· Strong experience in Sprint-based Agile development· Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives· Ensure testing is completed within sprint timelines· Support release cycles and production deployments when required Technical Skills Required· Selenium Web Driver· Playwright· Apache JMeter· Load & Performance Testing methodologies· TFS / Azure Dev Ops (Test cases & defect tracking)· Programming knowledge (Java / Python / Java Script preferred)· API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)· CI/CD tools (Jenkins / Azure Pipelines)· Strong understanding of SDLC & STLCQualifications· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science · ISTQB Certification (Mandatory)· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Manual, Automation & Performance Testing· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
