Duties: - Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Conduct quantity take-offs for villa refurbishment and residential fit-out projects
- Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
- Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and completed works
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UAE contractual and regulatory standards
Qualifications: - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in the Dubai construction market
- Proven experience in villa refurbishment and residential fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial practices
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Immediate availability preferred
