We are a waterproofing company based in Ajman seeking a Project Engineer to manage and supervise ongoing waterproofing projects across the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring work is completed as per specifications, within deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waterproofing works (roof membranes, coatings, injections, basements, wet areas, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor daily site progress and manage site teams
- Ensure quality control and correct material application
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Handle site measurements, BOQs, and basic project documentation
- Estimate material requirements and coordinate with procurement
- Resolve technical and on-site issues
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
Location: Ajman, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 (based on experience)
Visa and medical insurance provided as per UAE labor law.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years UAE experience preferred
- Experience in waterproofing projects is a strong advantage
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Knowledge of BOQ and material estimation
- Good communication and team management skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Candidates currently available in UAE will be given preference
