We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts & Finance Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and in‑depth experience in managing international supply, distribution, and trading operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
This leadership role requires expertise in financial management, cross‑departmental collaboration, banking relationships, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee all financial and accounting activities related to international trade, supply chain, and distribution operations.
• Manage the complete Letter of Credit (LC) process—from issuance to settlement— ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks within the UAE to effectively manage LCs and related financial instruments.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, presenting results to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, and internal audit standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and internal financial controls to support business performance.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure timely customer collections and minimize overdue receivables.
• Support and collaborate with the sales team to maintain strong collection discipline and reduce overdue receivables.
• Manage communication with external partners, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Oversee VAT filings, VAT reconciliation, and compliance with UAE VAT laws and reporting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as CMA or CFA are an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in Letters of Credit, trade finance, and international banking operations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to enforce credit control, guide sales teams, and uphold financial discipline.
• Existing relationships with reputable UAE banks will be considered a strong advantage.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
