Role Purpose


The job holder will liaise, coordinate and communicate on various issues concerning Master communities under the portfolio of Dubai Holding Community Management to Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and other related authorities in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities


1.    Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and UAE laws.
2.    Supervise the development and review of operational processes and procedures in accordance with RERA regulations. 
3.    Conduct internal audits to ensure quality, risk management, and procedural compliance.
4.    Ensure Registration of projects in Mollak as per RERA guidelines. 
5.    Coordinate with the Mollak IT team to ensure timely resolution of system-related issues and maintain seamless platform functionality.
6.    Oversee the preparation and timely submission of reports to management and authorities.
7.    Supervise performance, quality, and satisfaction surveys, including bid evaluations.
8.    Manage registration of professionals and specialists in the Mollak system.
9.    Handle and close landlord complaints from RERA in a timely and appropriate manner.
10.    Provide trainings on RERA regulations and procedures to employees.
11.    Manage escalations received from RERA by coordinating with internal team members to ensure timely and effective resolution.
12.    Oversee the creation of dashboards to track compliance metrics, project progress, and regulatory submissions for effective monitoring and reporting.
 


Knowledge & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar field (community management, property management, customer service).
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
  • Time management, priority setting, and organizational skills.
