Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to support business growth for a paper manufacturing operation in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients across regional markets.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to position products effectively, drive brand visibility, and support revenue growth within the paper manufacturing and allied industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market presence in the UAE and regional markets Identify and generate new business opportunities across B2B and industrial segments Strengthen and manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Support sales teams with marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials Plan and execute product positioning and branding initiatives Coordinate marketing activities across digital, offline, and trade channels Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required Track marketing performance and contribute to revenue growth initiatives Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in paper manufacturing or related industries Proven experience in B2B or industrial marketing roles Strong understanding of market development and client acquisition strategies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Valid UAE driving license Willingness to travel within the UAE as required Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prior experience in paper manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing sectors Arabic language proficiency Experience working with distributors and channel partners Exposure to regional GCC markets Strong negotiation and presentation skills
