Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Industrial, or Systems Engineering
- 6 years in case of Master's degree (8 years in case of Bachelor's degree). Preferred: 9 - 11 years of experience.
- Preferred qualifications: Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation certification, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
