Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Tile Masons to join our dynamic construction team in Al Ain. This role is essential in ensuring the precise and durable installation of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. The Tile Mason will play a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes that meet strict industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and level surfaces for tile installation, including concrete, drywall, and plywood substrates.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate tile layout and alignment.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grouts, and sealants according to manufacturer guidelines and project requirements.
  • Cut, shape, and fit tiles using hand tools, tile cutters, and wet saws to achieve seamless finishes.
  • Install floor and wall tiles in residential, commercial, and public buildings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure proper spacing, leveling, and alignment using spacers, levels, and straightedges.
  • Perform grouting and sealing of tiled areas to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and dispose of debris and waste in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades to ensure timely project progress.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality control protocols on-site at all times.
  • Report progress, material shortages, or technical issues promptly to the site supervisor.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tile masonry within construction or renovation projects.
  • Proven proficiency in installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles on floors and walls.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, layout plans, and project specifications.
  • Proficient in using hand tools (trowels, grout floats, tile cutters) and power tools (wet saws, tile nippers).
  • Strong understanding of adhesive, grout, and sealant application techniques.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific health and safety protocols.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid work permit or eligibility to obtain visa sponsorship in the UAE.
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day, with availability for overtime as required.
  • Preference for candidates of Pakistani or Indian nationality, though all nationalities are welcome to apply.
  • Clean criminal record and good conduct history.
