Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and diagnosis of patients with various cardiac conditions.
Perform a range of complex surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve replacements, and other interventional heart surgeries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
Oversee preoperative and postoperative care to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes for patients.
Engage patients and their families in discussions about treatment options and educate them on the surgical process and recovery.
Participate in cutting-edge research initiatives aimed at advancing cardiac surgical techniques and patient care protocols.
Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Completion of residency training in General Surgery and a fellowship in Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is required.
At least 5 years of experience performing cardiac surgeries.
Proficient in a variety of surgical techniques relevant to cardiac conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical teams.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make timely decisions.
Current medical license valid in the state of practice.
