Work ArrangementHybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.The RoleAs a Network Development Intern, you will support the MEO Dealer Network in optimizing coverage, performance and profitability across the region. You will work with dealer sales performance data, financial results, market potential and facility standards to support data-driven decision making. In this role, you will contribute to strategic network planning and performance improvement initiatives that directly impact dealer effectiveness and customer experience. You will also gain exposure to executive-level reporting and cross-functional collaboration within a global automotive organization.What You’ll Do- Analyze dealer sales performance, financial statements and operational KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Support network footprint and market potential studies to guide strategic dealer placement and coverage
- Assist in facility compliance and capacity analysis against defined standards
- Prepare reports, dashboards and executive presentations for leadership review
- Maintain dealer performance databases and support coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
Your Skills & Abilities- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with data and translate findings into clear, structured outputs
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge - Experience using data visualization or BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Prior exposure to financial analysis, sales performance analysis or network/footprint studies
- Experience preparing management reports or presentations in PowerPoint
- Interest in the automotive industry, dealer operations or commercial performance analytics
