What you´ll do
  • Drive structured and engaging cross-regional communication to support Adhesives Operation GCPM initiatives.
  • Translate complex project management concepts into clear, visually compelling content.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports and community updates.
  • Develop materials for trainings, webinars, and global sessions.
  • Execute assigned tasks in alignment with supervisor guidance and project timelines.
  • Support ongoing processes and operations within the respective Henkel team.
  • Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.




What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduate).
  • Experience in creating structured and professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually engaging content.
