About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job 


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the Shimmers in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 


  •  Lead the implementation of Food & Beverage standards within the outlet, ensuring full compliance with Jumeirah policies and taking corrective action where necessary.
  •  Oversee daily operations and team performance, providing clear guidance, on-the-job training, constructive feedback, and motivation to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor outlet profitability, analyze performance, and recommend and implement corrective measures to address challenges and improve financial results.
  • Maintain exceptional quality of food, beverages, and service, proactively managing guest feedback and escalating significant issues to senior management when required.
  •  Drive continuous improvement by enhancing productivity, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness through innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment regulations, as well as departmental policies and procedures, to deliver consistent, world-class hospitality standards.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  •  College Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or relevant discipline preferred).
  •  10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably within the international luxury hospitality industry.
  •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  •  Strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and strong attention to detail.
