Production Officer – Gold Refinery

We are hiring a Production Officer for a Gold Refinery in the UAE for Training and then head to West Africa after 3 monthss. The role involves supervising daily refining operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily gold refining, melting, casting, and bar production

Ensure purity and quality standards (995 / 999.9) are met

Maintain production and batch records

Monitor raw material intake and finished goods

Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) and refinery procedures

Coordinate with compliance, quality, and maintenance teams

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Metallurgy, Engineering, or related field

3–5 years of experience in gold refining or precious metals production

Strong knowledge of refining processes and safety procedures

Good communication and reporting skills

English required (French is a plus)
