Welfare & Liaison Officer is responsible for supporting Filipino applicants and workers through welfare coordination, case follow-up, and official liaison with the Philippine Embassy/Consulate. The role includes preparing and submitting employment contracts for embassy verification, managing documentation, and producing regular operational reports.
The officer acts as a coordination point between applicants, employers, Tadbeer operations, and the Philippine Embassy, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, Tadbeer policies, and Philippine government requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Welfare & Applicant Support
- Provide front-line welfare support to Filipino applicants and domestic workers, including guidance on Tadbeer procedures, contracts, and employer expectations.
- Handle inquiries and follow up on welfare-related cases (complaints, disputes, medical or emergency concerns) within Tadbeer’s authorized scope, escalating sensitive matters to management and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, and follow-ups with applicants, employers, and embassy counterparts.
- Support vulnerable applicants with clear guidance and referrals through official channels.
Liaison with Philippine Embassy (LO Function)
- Prepare, review, and submit employment contracts and required documentation to the Philippine Embassy/Consulate for verification/attestation in line with prevailing guidelines.
- Coordinate appointments, submissions, and follow-ups with embassy offices and relevant Philippine government units.
- Track contract status, resolve documentation discrepancies, and ensure timely clearance to avoid processing delays.
- Maintain organized records of all embassy submissions, approvals, and rejections.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports covering:
- Number of contracts submitted/verified
- Case status and resolution updates
- Applicant flow and processing timelines
- Key issues, risks, and operational bottlenecks
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE labor/domestic worker regulations, Tadbeer operational standards, and Philippine government requirements.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting when required.
Coordination & Operations
- Act as a coordination bridge between Tadbeer operations, employers, applicants, and embassy counterparts.
- Support management in process improvements to enhance turnaround times and service quality.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and professional conduct in all dealings.
